CURRENT AUPDATES ON THE PROGRAM

– The presentation by Evgeniy Olkhovik “Predicting the speed of ships on the Northern Sea Route using ice concentration isolines”
 is shifted from Session 7 to Session 22 on June 17th, 17:00-18:40 Moscow time.
– The presentation of Alexander Tezikov, Ol’khovik E.”Generalized model of the marine transportation Northern Sea Route systems” 
is shifted from Session 7 to Session 23 on June 17th, 17:00-18:40 Moscow time.
– The presentation of Jeffrey Brown entitled: “Discovering Ice Management Strategies using Reinforcement Learning” in the Session (24) is cancelled.

Welcome to POAC 2021


Moscow State Lomonosov University welcomes you to Russia for the 26th edition of the International Conference on Port and Ocean Engineering under Arctic Conditions. Around 200 participants from over 30 countries are expected to participate in four days of exciting presentations and discussion of research ideas. In addition to the main sessions, our guests will be treated to a welcome party, technical tours and a gala banquet, in and around the beautiful city of Moscow.

Dear participants! Considering the shaky situation with COVID19, we consider POAC 2021 as an online conference with Abstract Processing Charges (APC) only. In case the situation with COVID will be developed in a positive way, all registered participants will be informed regarding the on-site format of the conference and will be requested to pay normal registration fees to attend the on-site conference.
